Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Non-delivery

Please make sure the address is correct before placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, not collected from the post office, or requires reshipment due to an incorrect address (or for any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying subsequent reshipment fees. Only after the Seller receives the package back will the Buyer be able to receive a refund. Your refund will be reduced by the amount of all shipping fees

Lost package

If your items have not been delivered within 45 days, please contact me and I will file an investigation via mail. Once this is completed, they will contact your country’s post office and investigate to try to locate your package. If the package is officially declared lost, a 100% refund is guaranteed.

Care instructions

Cleaning. If the toy is slightly dirty, use a soft clothes brush or a sticky roller to clean it. A damp wipe (preferably unscented) or rag will work for this method. Gently wipe the stained area and let the toy dry. Under no circumstances should you rub the felt and boucle sheath too hard. Just lightly pat the stained area with your fingers.
